I bit my lip about a week ago. It bled and then I ended up biting it again. Now all blistered and ulcered. Any pain relief, absolutely killing me?

Yes. If the part you're biting is the 'wet' part of your lip, try hloraseptic liquid. If on the 'dry' part, use benzocaine cream or ointment See your dentist for a night splint which will keep you from biting your lip in the first place.
Visit your GP. In most cases mouth injuries look worse than they are and NSAIDs or Tylenol (acetaminophen) is sufficient to manage the pain. However, if you have signs of infection, such as: severe pain, fever, swelling, warmth, or redness do not hesitate to visit your doctor.
