Was on ppi nexium (esomeprazole) 6 weeks and had a biopsy for h. Pylori which came back negative. Could this be an inaccurate (false negative) result of nexium (esomeprazole) use?

In brief: Unlikely

Nexium (esomeprazole) provides symptomatic relief and does not affect the bacteria.
Having said that, any test has a certain proportion of false negatives and positives.

Nexium wouldn't treat h. Pylori and shouldn't effect the result of the test.
