Red bumps on back of throat? Is it normal? Is because of allergies? N I also have red bumps all the way back of my tongue.

Possibly. Red bumps in the back of the throat or "cobblestoning" are lymphoid patches and is a normal response of the immune system probably to post nasal drip from the sinuses +/- allergies. Most likely the bumps on the back of your tongue are actually specialized taste buds and are normal. Most people never notice them.
