Is it possible to have lymphoma & lung cancer at the same time? Are diseases related? Would severe, painful swelling of foot, ankle, & leg be a symptom?

Yes. It is definitely possible, however it is more likely that if someone has lymphoma and a mass is found in the lung that it is a lesion from the lymphoma rather than a true " lung cancer". But both are possible. Biopsy would surely differentiate between the two. .
