In brief: Not likely...

Although a cancer diagnosis may be very unlikely, ongoing pain should be fully diagnosed.
There are other imaging that may be appropriate in the evaluation of right upper quadrant pain. The list of possibilities is long; Gall bladder, pancreas, ovaries, kidneys, ulcers, even musculoskeletal just to name a few.

In brief: Not cancer

Pain in RU often from GB but when US normal there are no stones or inflammation of GB.
Other causes related to bowel in RUQ such as hepatic flex. syndrome where intermittent gas builds up in loop of bowel just under liver. Cancer by itself does not cause pain. It has to obstruct bowel or invade nerve plexus to cause symptoms. PET/CT if LMD suspicious will always find lesion. Otherwise no Ca
