In brief: More with pregnancy

Breast changes because of hormonal changes in anticipation of possible pregnancy.
If no pregnancy, then it goes back to normal until the next cycle. If pregnancy occurs, the changes continue and as pregnancy progresses with higher and higher of hormones causing the changes to increase and persist in preparation for breastfeeding etc.. So, the changes are same, just more with pregnancy. Good luck.

In brief: Very little

Breast swell in response to hormone production.
Early on the swelling is virtually impossible to differentiate but it generally gets worse with a pregnancy.
