In brief: No worries

If your ECG has been normal, relax.
The Brugada changes don't wax and wane.

Agree with Dr. Fleischer, the only changing brugada changes I have seen are when patients come in to the ER after using cocaine. If you dont have a family history of sudden death or a personal history of passing out and have a normal ECG and normal QT interval.

In brief: NO reason to worry:

Brugada syndrome(BS) is rare.
It is 9 times more frequent in males and very much more common in Asians. There is a distinction between BS and a Brugada EKG Pattern(BEKG). The BS patient has had a history of cardiac arrest or syncope or other high risk factors. BEKG type 1 pattern is higher risk. Type 1 EKG is present in approximately 12 out of 1000 people in Japan.

Don't let every article scare you. You can get very sick from worry or not sleeping! And Dr. Lipkin is one of our best. If you have no symptoms, no signs, and no family history, you are not at risk from this! Rest easy.

In brief: Brugada

With the information you provide, the chances of you having Brugada syndrome are very remote.
Unless you have a specific reason to think you are at risk of sudden cardiac arrest, you should perhaps find something else to worry about.
