I have hypothyroidism. I take thyronorm 50mg tablet every day morning. But I am feeling hard to loose weight. What diet should I follow to loose weig?

Low fat, low cholest. Consume a low-fat, low-cholesterol diet with about 1900 calories/day, and then exercise often (30 min to 1 hr each day). If your caloric deficit is about 400 calories you'll lose about 3-4 lbs per week, which is sustainable.
