Can knee pain cause hand pain ?

No. No, one would not cause the other,?however a systemic condition could potentially cause both, gout being one example.
Common causes . Knee pain can't be referred to or cause hand pain but arthritis for example can cause pain in the hands & knees. Best wishes .
