I'm going to be on strong antibiotics; I want to prevent yeast infections. Will cranberry pills prevent them? What dose/ingredient should I look for?

In brief: Cranberry doesn't

Cranberries have hippuric acid which can prevent bacteria from sticking to the lining of the bladder.
They do not treat bladder infections, nor do they prevent yeast infections. If you take them drink plenty of water to prevent kidney stones from developing from the oxalate content. Risk is higher with the pills vs fruit or juice. Probiotics, yogurt may prevent yeast infection.

Antibiiotcs are not good, as they kill good germ as well as bad ones.

Got data? Sometimes you need antibiotics. Comparing acute infection treated with antibiotics to chronic pain treated with neuro bio energetics is comparing apples to oranges. They are not the same, should not be thought of in the same way. Both may have some role. Rx acute infection with antibiotics, work on restoring health. Don't rely only on testimonials to validate the effectiveness of Rx
