so are lymph nodes Hidrantiva will certainly need antibiotics if not mild outpatient surgical drainage. It's going to have to be looked at.

In brief: Armpit lump.

Generally, this would be one of three things: (1) impacted hair follicle, (2) lymph node, or (3) Hidradenitis.
The first two issues are fairly benign and would respond to just time and perhaps warm soaks - they'd be about the size of a pea. Hidradenitis is more dramatic and larger in scale in the armpit - this could be a rather significant bacterial infection.
