It depends on why you delivered the first child preterm. If it was preterm labor, it is highly likely that it will be repeated.
If it was preeclampsia or ruptured membranes or something more unique to the specific pregnancy, then the answer is no. Talk to your Obstetrician about this and come up with a plan of management.
