I have been diagnosed with myocardial bridge of lad after going to doctors suffering from shortness of breath chest pain and fatigue. I'm on beta blockers which have only helped a little. When is surgery the best option? It is seriously affecting my job I

Talk To The Experts. After medical treatment has failed (that is, your symptoms aren't improved well enough for you to have a decent quality of life and/or there are signs that something bad might happen at any time) then it's time to consider surgery to remove that little "bridge" of tissue. Sounds like you're not doing so well, so discuss this with your doctor(s). Taking action will minimize worry.Worry doesn't help.
