Did barium swallow a week ago, the day after had black/grey/brown discharge from vagina, but no other period signs. Is this normal or should I worry?

The barium. swallow won't cause a vaginal discharge or affect your period, so if you have a new vaginal discharge you should probably get checked out by your clinician.
