Also, teens and adults can ask for annual HIV screening if they have had a new sex partner since their last HIV screening. Regarding genital warts, people who are immuno-suppressed, because of HIV or because of other reasons, might have bigger warts or more warts, might not respond as well as "normal" people to treatment for genital warts, and might have more frequent recurrences after treatment.
