I have a headache on the back of my right eyebrow. Any reason why that might be? It's only on the right side.

In brief: If no trauma then..

.. likely some retinal occlusion problem or ocular migraine -- Ocular migraines tend to occur to the same eye and continue to do so.
Please get yourself to a neurologist. If you do not have pain behind the eyeball, then perhaps it is only a fluke pain on the right orbit. But only seeing a healthcare professional can tell you.

In brief: This is not uncommon

a location for headaches.
You may find that if you press on a point on the back of your neck, just near the skull but to the right side, that the headache intensifies. By keeping pressure on that spot you might possibly reverse the headache. Otherwise, try a cool compress and an analgesic and look for our checklists on headache. Sinus on that side could also be hurting if you have congestion.
