In brief: Stmch pain w/ cough

May be due to muscle strain from coughing if having cold, or have reflux and the reflux is causing the cough/sneezing from irritation by acid .
See if ranitidine or prevecid would resolve it. When you sneeze, /cough you increase intraabd pressure rarely t could be pushing on lesion and causing the pain , therefore f/u w/doc may need CT to check abdomen/pelvis for lesion/ aneurysm.
