In brief: Yes

she is losing them a bit early, but some children do.
Tooth grinding is normal in young children. You should start to see the permanent teeth come in.

In brief: Not abnormal

Some children will get their teeth earlier while others later. If concerned see a pedodontist, dentist for kids.
Good luck.

In brief: Early

Your child has 2 issues, early exchange and nocturnal bruxism. Both should be evaluated by a pediatric dental growth and development specialist, a Pediatric Dentist as opposed to a general dentist for all the same reasons you see a pediatric medical specialist instead of a general physician.
Ask your general dentist for a referral to a Pedodontist.
