Well I just got over a sinus infection or a cold that lasted 24 hours. Now all thats left is a little bit of post nasal drip, small cough, and a dry throat. How do i get rid of this?

In brief: Nasal saline

The solution to pollution is dilution.
Saline spray is availlable in drug stores. Cheap and it washes out the irritants that are running down your throat without side effects.

In brief: Simple OTC fix

Your symptoms of post-nasal drip can be relieved with a daily non-sedating anti-histamine (like claritin/zyrtec/allegra).
Additional symptom relief can be found using nasal steroid sprays, such as Flonase allergy relief, also available OTC. Use 2 sprays intranasal daily, as needed. These treatments will also help with your cough, which is due to the post-nasal drip. Consult me for more details.
