Abnormal EKG. Possible cause of a short PR interval on EKG include AV junctional rhythm, Lown-Ganong-Levine syndrome (pre-excitation with a short PR interval and a normal duration QRS interval) or Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome (pre-excitation with a short PR interval, a long QRS interval with a delta wave often with paroxysmal tachycardia or atrial fibrillation. An electrophysiologist can help with management.
May be Normal for U. A short PR interval may be normal or represent an electrical bypass tract from the atrium to the ventricle. In the absence of symptoms or recurrent tachycardia it is probably normal for you. Similarly early repolarization is frequently seen in young males. The combination is not specific to anything of concern. Again, in the absence of recurrent tachycardia or symptoms this is probably normal.
