In brief: Hard to say

Cough or sneezing followed by abdominal pain could be consistent with pulled or strained abdominal wall muscle, hernia in the abdominal wall or even radiates from a pinched spine nerve.
Diarrhea would be unusual in these, but you may have some component to of irritable bowel syndrome. If it worsens, you get pain that does not quickly resolves after sneeze/cough or spontaneous pain, go see UR doc
