Pain in unilateral scapula region likely represents soft tissue spasm. Look in mirror & at photos. Is head chronically tilted toward left side. Head weighs 10 pounds. Pinch leading edge of Superior trapezius muscle at top of shoulder. Is the right thick and painful compared to a soft thin left? Crossed muscles in shoulder? Scoliosis? Left sacroiliac joint sags? See Osteopath.

Superior trapezius spasm & right upper extremity paresthesias & "cold". Unilateral shoulder hemi-girdle muscle spasm & dysfunction likely causes ipsilateral brachial neurovascular bundle impingement, i.e., Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, TOS, symptoms. This is a complex soft tissue disorder that will not be identified by any known imaging study. See Osteopath with a few gray hairs.
