I'm anthropophobic and every time I try to speak in class when asked a question my whole body starts to shake....anything I can do to stop shaking?

Public speaking is. the number one phobia according to research. There are techniques to help w/that and w/the related shaking. Some professionals may have you shake at home or practice visualization at home prior to the event. A clinical psychologist who specializes in anxiety disorders can be helpful. Your state psychological association or your doc will have referrals. Peace and good health.
Some tips. Some tips from the Mayo Clinic: Know your topic; get organized; practice, practice; visualize your success; do some deep breathing; focus on your question, not your audience; fear a moment of silence; recognize your success; get support: join a support group; consider professional help; another option: calming medication taken in advance, like a beta blocker. Hope that helps. .
