1 doctor agrees

In brief: It does not

Need to be ketogenic in my view.
Sugar is the villain and you do need a supplement of vitamin b1 + magnesium + multivitamin. It has recently been shown that diabetics excrete a lot of vitamin b1 in urine so it is important to replace it.

In brief: No

Would get cholesterol levels checked.
Diabetes is a risk factor for heart disease. Too many eggs can cause a rise in your cholesterol levels which may put you at further risk.
