In brief: Suicidal/Self-harm

The basic thing to remember is that these urges always are time-limited- as bad as they feel, they always go away, so your strategy, planned in advance is best, is to get with someone who cares about you, don't stay alone.
Occupy yourself with activity, with a person, if possible, do something to burn off the feelings- aerobic exercise is powerful in reducing depression, do daily!!
