How can I be tested for Brugada syndrome? ECG has no indication but I've had a few runs of non sustained, monomorphic ventricular tachycardia.

In brief: Stress testing

testing for Brugada requires an EKG to look for the Brugada pattern.
If present then Electrophysiologic testing is done to see if the pattern can be induced. It is genetic. Is there a history of sudden cardiac death in your family? Talk to your primary care provider about it.
