I get kind of winded and heart pounding when climbon stairs. Done EKG Echo chest xrays and blood test all within 6 months. Normal? Out of shape?

Winded heart pounding. As your symptoms sound exertional and assuming a normal physical and basic lab exam a stress test would help to further sort out possible causes, decondition as you suggest also is a possibility if serious abnormalities are excluded.
