Are isolated bladder issues common in ms? I've noticed that I have a weaker urinary stream and I've had some dysesthesias in the arms that come and go

In brief: Response

MS does not present with an isolated bladder problem. Suggest you see a urologist if you are experiencing urinary issues.

In brief: Potentially

Some small studies have shown up to a third of patients will have bladder dysfunction at presentation of multiple sclerosis, and older series suggest somewhat more than 10% will present with urinary symptoms.
Both studies are limited with respect to overall numbers, but if you are concerned, you should be seen by a doctor who is familiar with diagnosing the disorder.
