In brief: Depends
Neuropathy refers that something being wrong with your nervous system. There are many forms that are temporary because they are caused by a virus or a bacteria of some sort.
Neuropathy can also be caused by a genetic condition or some other pathology which is irreversible. Consult your pcp for more information on a specific type of neuropathy.

Neuropathy is more of a symptom than a disease- clinical and electrophysiological evaluation can help to narrow down what might be causing the neuropathy and, from there, how best to treat it.

In brief: Not the way you mean
?Neuropathy" covers a vast amount if territory.
The answer to your question could go on forever. The short answer is yes and no, meaning the "treatable" neuropathies are mostly treated by treating the underlying condition that caused the neuropathy, eg diabetes. Agents that act on the nerves themselves are limited mostly to steroids and certain vitamins. For more, see http://www.neuropathy.org.

In brief: Cure..no Help..yes
There are many options to help with neuropathic pain.
There is no clear cure. The b vitamins seem to help. Several newer prescribed medications (cymbalta, lyrica, (pregabalin) gralise, neurontin) certainly help. If you are diabetic, then keeping your blood sugar under control can help.
