I hurt my trapiod yesrorday. It hurts to look over my shoulder and put my head back. I have basketball tomorow do u recomend I play?

You may have a trapezius muscle spasm.
If you have pain with rotating or extending your neck (looking over your shoulder and putting your head back) this might indicate a pinched nerve in your neck, i would not recommend playing basketball at this time as it could aggravate the problem. See your doctor to have it looked at.
