Can severe ADHD or low dopamine levels and a very disorganized brain be responsible for psychological drugs like antidepressants not working on you ?

In brief: Very much possible

Please don't self medicate or stop prescribed psychiatric medicines on your own, keep a close follow up with your doctor/psychiatrist, seek a second opinion if you wish, but never be on your own with those drugs on board,

Sometimes adhd and bipolar symptoms are Comorbid and overlap. If antidepressants aren't working, you may be misdiagnosed and need a mood stabilizer instead ie lithium, depakote, or Lamictal. You should see a psychiatrist to be further evaluated and to go over your history.
