I've been walking/ 4 +miles a day to get to 10, 000 steps as far as weight loss if I eat will & walk will I lose weight quickly.?

Loosing weight too. fast can be dangerous. See your doc first, and then consider lower carb and higher protein intake. Exercise daily if possible, even brisk walking 20-30 minutes is helpful.
