In brief: Abdominal pain

It would be unusual for pain lasting 8 weeks to be from appendicitis.
This could be due to constipation, irritable bowel or other GI or gyn related issues. You can and should have a routine set of labs and follow up with your pcp and GI doctor if the pain has been for that period of time.

In brief: No blood test

There is no blood test that will determine if you have appendicitis.
It is unusual to have waxing and waning symptoms with appendicitis -- it typically will increase in pain over 1-2 days.
