Some yeasts are resistant to the "azole" group of drugs, which includes fluconazole and miconazole (Monistat).
Since your yeast didn't clear with either of these, probably you need a different treatment by prescription (e.g. nystatin). Or maybe you have something other than yeast. Either way, you'll need to be in touch with your doctor for a prescription and maybe an exam.
