On my lab work, one test said "HEMOGLOBIN UR: 2+". Can you tell me what this indicates? I was on last day of period but didn't see blood in urine cup.

In brief: Probably OK

Positive urine dip stik for Hemoglobin is common.
Particularly if you were stillon your period. This also occurs with NSAIDS and blood thinners being most common. Not to overlook serious problems, I will repeat the test on 2-3 weeks and be guided by results. In your case at 45 repeat urinalysis in 2-3 weeks is best advice. If the positive test persists, more complete evaluation is next.
