Been using fluticasone propionate daily since June. Is that bad? Only thing that helps my nasal airways from allergies that causes asthma.

It's Ok. The main recommend treatment for allergic rhinitis (runny nose) is the use of nasal steroids. The steroid has minimal absorption into your blood stream. Main side effect noted in some is dryness and nose bleeds. Consider using nasal saline spray to clear the nose frequently and to keep the skin hydrated. Try a nasal saline wash each evening to rid your nose of the day's pollen.
