Can PCOS cause pain in the lower back on the left or right side?

In brief: No but yes

Hello: Generally PCOS does not cause pain by itself and if you do get pain then it is usually from a cyst enlarging or actually ovulating that can cause the pain and on either side depending on which one is having the cystic enlargement.
