Can crohns lead to peptic ulcer, gastropresis, and rheumatology issues? Can't get to the bottom of my LRA pain and weightloss.

Crohns is autoimmune disease.
Will have rheumatalogic/malabsorption/other GI findings. Ulcers occur, may also have H pylori from immunosuppressives. Gastroparesis can occur, as can joint pains..Right side pain can be ileitis.
