Upper back pain which goes down both arms and into neck?

Worrisome. Acute pain in neck & pain radiating to both arms raises concern for cervical spine integrity. If a mechanical neck injury has occurred, then urgent evaluation is indicated as are imaging studies to rule cervical spine disorder that is impinging the spinal cord &/or cervical nerves transiting to the arms. Is very serious if either arm is weak. .

Both arms hands tingling/aching some weakness. Comes and goes weeks at a time. Upper back pain sometimes. Scared?

I am not scare but.. Usually intermittent complaints and very unspecific like yours means is not a very scary disease. I mean, most of the scary diagnosis once they start with symptoms they don't periods of spontaneous resolution. Still I could be wrong, you should make sure a PCP evaluates this complaints first to make sure no further studies are needed or referrals. Read more...

If not, see your doctor for an evaluation. Read more...

Am healthy. Had slight upper back pain for 2 months. Now have slight neck crepitus and occasional numbness of right arm in mornings. Posture related?

No. Continue exercising and loosen up your mildly arthritic neck-possible from an old injury. Arm numbness may be from positioning of your arm at night -the exact problem depends on where the numbness is. Carpal tunnel will affect several but not all fingers. elbow nerve entrapment will affect the little finger side, vascular and nerve will affect larger areas. Read more...

May not be muscular. The discomfort in the back certainly can be muscular. However, now if you having neck issues and numbness in the right arm these issues are concerning for a nerve issue in your neck such as a herniated disc in the neck.
