I was tested for chlamydia via a urine test which came back negative, however, if I was positive for HPV would that show in the urine test results?

In brief: No

HPV is confirmed if you have active HPV sores/warts or on blood tests showing antibody from prior exposure.
It is not part of a urine screening for STD's.
