Is there good diets to help me lose weight?

Yes and No. In order to advise my patients on their weight loss journey, I evaluate them from a multi-factorial standpoint: Behavioral Patterns; Food Intake/Energy Expenditure; Food Sensitivities/Allergies; Metabolic Imbalances; Hormonal Imbalances; Neurotransmitter Imbalance, just to name a few. Actually, once any or all of these factors are addressed, invariably my patients lose the unwanted weight.
