In brief: OK

As long as the CRL is growing with a healthy FHR, do not worry about GS size

In brief: Heart rate seen

The important thing here is that the baby was seen and it had a heart beat.
This is the most important factor and is a god sign. You can ask your doctor about the variation in gestational sac measurements but the key data point here is that you have a live baby located inside of the uterus.
