Brown spots on back of teeth for few months now. I don't drink tea/coffee/coke. Wear clear retainer nightly, brush/floss daily. No pain. Help?

In brief: Calculus ?

If the spots are behind your front teeth then it is likely calculus formations.
See your Dentist for evaluation and your hygienist for professional cleaning. Ask for strategies to help prevent the calculus (tartar) buildup in the future. Some form it much faster than others. If not calculus, then can be demineralization/decay. Same plan. Good Luck.
