I'm very confused. I was just diagnose with hsv 1 IGG 1.29 and hsv 2 IGG 2.86. Don't have and outbreaks and girlfriend is negative. Can this b false?

Probably have HSV2. You probably have HSV1, but so do almost half of all adults, usually no big deal. Probably also have HSV2 (i.e. genital herpes) but maybe not. 1.1 is technically positive for HSV2, but most infected people have results over 3.0. Since 2.86 is close to that, most likely it's real. Genital herpes often causes no symptoms but still sexually transmissible. See an STD or infectious diseases specialist.
