Can someone 20-25 years old develope aids after 2 or 3 years or even months after exposure to hiv without treatment?

Yes. There is no age at which you can't get AIDS. Once exposed it can take weeks to test HIV positive depending on which test is used and once HIV positive it takes time to develop full blown AIDS. How long depends in part on how healthy you and specifically your immune system is. Generally you don't develop AIDS over night when you are exposed. Hope this helps. Be safe. Treatment can prevent it.
