I had a complete hysterectomy 2004 due to severe endometriosis. No gallbladder (2012) having persistent pain. MRI & CT shows nothing. Can it be scar tissue or endometriosis causing the pain in RUQ?

Post-hysterectomy w.
RUQ pain queries cause. Med literature reports common evolution of peritoneal adhesions following any/all abdominal/pelvic invasive/surgical procedures. In my experience, many post-invasive-procedure "endometriosis" patients have IBS-like symptoms. Endometriosis is a theoretical disorder lacking firm pathological proof &, in my opinion, is likely an iatrogenic disorder.
