hypothyroidism does not cause dizziness and off balance symptoms unless it is in the most critical or advanced stages when you are weak, your legs are swollen in the distant extremities.
When was your last thyroid level checked. You probably are a little dehydrated. Drink a few glasses of water 28 to 32 oz and see if it still persists. If you are in blood pressure meds you can get this as well
