In brief: Easy To Find Out

Anything's possible.
So get a urine pregnancy test. If negative, check it again in one week. Chances are it's just your 'hooterus' adjusting to the artificial hormones you've just added to your list of bodily fluids. If you're not pregnant, it may take a few cycles for your body to adjust to the new pills. You might also retain some water and maybe feel like howling at the moon (i.e. mood changes)

If you aren't taking them correctly you could definitely be pregnant and your body will never get adjusted to them

In brief: Yes

Oral contraceptives only work when taken everyday at the same time each day as directed.
If not used in this fashion ,then a pregnancy test needs to be done. If the test is negative, then use the pill correctly or find a long acting contraceptive that is almost "fool proof."
