In brief: Most likely hip

If pain happens with walking, getting out of the chair or bed, walking up flight of stairs then it is most likely hip OA.
Other things that could be present is limping after long walking. If your overweight, then this is more likely. Get xray of your hip and Lspine and consider physical therapy, use of cane, wt loss, glucosamine, nsaid, tylenol (acetaminophen). Hip shot or replacement are last options.
