I have a small painless bump above my anus. Overall it doesn't hurt but can cause discomfort when I press it. What can this be?

In brief: Hard to say

without seeing it, but many people have small skin tags in this area or even hemorrhoids that are completely covered by skin so they look just like a skin bump.
You can try sitting in warm water (or applying a warm compress) and see if it goes away. Don't mess with it. If it does get more painful or larger or drains, see a clinician.
